FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY - $5 ADULTS - KIDS 16 & UNDER FREE!
On Easter Saturday night make sure you don’t miss the concert at the refurbished Tenterfield Memorial Hall in Molesworth Street.
Doors opening from 5.30pm - concert starting at 6pm, featuring some amazing performers!
To kick the night off, we have rural based country artist Katie Brooke who continues to blaze her own remarkable trail with eight releases under her belt all receiving significant chart placements including her recent release ‘Too Far Down’ which was named most charted song on the Australian Country Radio station for 2023! Katie has recently opened for Adam Eckersley and Brooke McClymont, and previously for The Black Sorrows and Shannon Noll. Katie is also set to release her second independent studio album in May 2025 followed by an east coast tour with her band.
After Katie warms up the crowd Thor Phillips and his band will then take to the stage headlining the concert. Thor has performed in hundreds of live gigs, from small halls in country towns to big city stages. Thor and his band will be performing country, blues and roots with dynamic energy, with the tempo rising as the night progresses. Thor is recognised as a talented singer-songwriter and guitar virtuoso, with his song ‘Freedom Now Begins’ (co-written with fellow country singer Adam James) nominated for best country song at 2010 Q-Song Awards. Thor and his band will be performing songs that will stay with you long after the guitar strings have stopped humming.
There will be a bar operating inside, plus food vans adjacent. There is tiered seating - as well as tables and chairs along the wall, and plenty of room for dancing!
